Our passion for what we create is why so many people visit us to sample our craft produce – especially our famous Bakewell Pudding. Into an un-cooked puff pastry case (lined with a thin layer of sieved strawberry jam) I poured this concoction, before baking for 35 minutes [pictured above left], as The Hairy Bikers suggest.
